We needed it first.

We run a marketing agency, so we spend our days helping people grow online. Over and over we saw the same thing: good people posting into silence, jumping between four apps, guessing at what worked, and quitting before it paid off.

So we built the tool we wished existed. It shows only real numbers. If a platform won't share something, 1R says so instead of making it up. It helps you write once and publish everywhere. And it rewards the one thing that works for almost everyone: showing up, week after week.

It started as our own tool. It's open to anyone who wants to learn and improve, whether you run a business, build a personal brand, or are just getting started.
